1. Eligibility

     Everybody. By entering the Contest, entrants and their parents/legal guardians accept and agree to the Official Rules and Decisions of By George!, Inc.

2. How To Enter

     Entering is simple. Purchase a CRE8TIVE PEEPLES... paint on it, draw on it, or even sculpt on it. Then take some pictures, and send them to us via the "SUBMIT Your Work" link found on the www.cre8tivepeeples.com website. Fill out the information in the email, and attach images/ pictures of your submission then send it to us. (please keep overall message size under 2 mb)  We will contact you for more information/ images shortly after receipt of your submission.

3. Ownership of Entries

     All Entry Materials submitted to By George!, Inc. in connection with the contest or Cre8tive Peeples, along with all associated patent, copyright, moral right, trademark, trade secret, and other property rights (collectively "Property Rights") become the sole and exclusive property of By George!, Inc. worldwide. Entrants and their parents/legal guardians specifically acknowledge and agree that By George!, Inc. will have the right, without restriction, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and otherwise commercially and non-commercially exploit in any manner and for any purpose the entry materials. Entry materials and concepts submitted to By George!, Inc. including, without limitation, the right to design any toy based in whole or in part upon any entry materials, (collectively "commercial rights"), shall be without payment of any compensation or consideration except for 50 pieces of FREE product that will be awarded, or a $200.00 gift certificate at the retailer who first purchases the winning entry assuming a winning design is produced. Although we will make every effort to select and produce one of the submitted designs, we cannot guarantee a design will be selected and produced due to cost, manufacturability or any other unforeseen reasons.
